How We Solve It

Our organizer, Mr. Pat Speer, works throughout the state of Connecticut and beyond, meeting congregational leaders - ordained and lay - who desire to move their congregation into more effective, impactful public life. He will take the time in a community to meet people individually, make an assessment of talent and potential, and help those with appetite and interest begin to come together to build relationships of trust and explore the potential for acting together on common issues.
